Our Office’s Narrative

We are a family-owned, quaint private dental office located in the heart of Houston’s beloved “Chinatown”. The office is a unique 1950’s home that was converted into a dental practice in 1980 by Dr. Sy Van Pham and late wife Huong Thi Pham. Dr. Sy Van Pham was one of the first Vietnamese dentists to open a private practice in Houston, Texas. He since has been treating generations of patients, family, & friends for the last 40+ years. His daughter, Dr. Diana Mai Tram Pham, has proudly chosen to help transition her father to a well-deserved retirement from a fulfilling, successful dental career. She remodeled the office in June 2023 & updated all the equipment, chairs, & technology. Our office is now fully digital & includes digital radiographs, CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography), intraoral scanner, 3D printing, & more. With Dr. Pham’s specialty of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, we will be expanding our services to include maxillofacial prosthetics and dental care for oncology patients. We are excited for the future of the practice & look forward to creating new memories with both new & existing patients!
