Opt-Out Medicare Provider
At our practice, we believe dentistry should be centered around you—not insurance rules.
We are a Medicare opt-out provider, which means we have chosen not to participate in Medicare billing. Instead, we work directly with our patients through a simple private agreement. For most dental care, this doesn’t change coverage significantly (since Medicare typically doesn’t cover routine dental services), but it does allow us to practice in a way that puts your needs first.
We understand this may feel unfamiliar, so here’s what it means—and why many patients find it to be a better experience.
What “Opt-Out” Means for You
We do not bill Medicare for services
Medicare will not reimburse for care provided in our office
You pay directly for your treatment with clear, upfront pricing
You can still use Medicare with other providers if you choose

The Reality of Insurance (and Why We Chose Differently)
Many patients come to us frustrated by:
Waiting periods before treatment is covered
Denied claims or unexpected out-of-pocket costs
Restrictions on treatment options
Frequent policy changes and fine print
Time pressures in offices that must prioritize volume over individualized care
We’ve chosen to step away from that system so we can focus on what truly matters—delivering care that is thoughtful, flexible, and centered around you.
